OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you're not happy, we're not happy! At TeeeShop, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!
Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!
- IF IN HOLIDAY SESON All returns and exchange packages must be received back with original packing within 45 days of the date your order has been delivered. For international orders, packages must be received within 60 days of the date you received your order.
- All returns and exchange packages must be received back with original packing within 14 days of the date your order has been delivered. For international orders, packages must be received within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- Returns and exchange are processed within 5-7 business days after we received the return package.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The following items are non-refundable (exchangeable):
- Returns received after 14 days of the original order received date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Free gifts
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY OPTIONS
For Contiguous US & P.O.Boxes:
Our items are delivered by USPS. Transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday. FREE SHIPPING. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
For Non-Contiguous US:
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands, the transit time is typically 5 to 10 business days, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) FIRST-CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
- First Class Mail International is for shipments that weighs under 13 Oz. For example, one T-shirt with packaging materials could weigh as much as 8 Oz.
- Delivery typically takes between 7-21* business days once shipped from our fulfillment center. Expected delivery in:
- About 7 business days to Canada
- About 10 business days to Europe and Latin America
- About 14 business days to Asia and Africa
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLOTHING:
Instructions for Flex Products
Designed not to fade, our plot printing materials are of the highest quality. Please note the following recommended care instructions.
T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Sparkle Flex should be hand washed.
When drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Machine drying not recommended for Sparkle Flex.
To avoid possible shrinkage: Lay flat to dry.
To maintain the life of the design, t-shirts should be ironed inside out on a low heat setting without the use of steam. This step also aids in refreshing the colors in the design.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.
Instructions for Digital Printing Products
All digital prints, especially those designed with dark colors, are prone to fading over time. Digital designs can be preserved very well for 1-2 years if these recommended care instructions are followed.
T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
To avoid any form of fading, machine drying is not recommended.
Lay flat to dry.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.
